Guitar show and what to expect?

Sign in to disble this ad
So i'm going to this in a couple of days Web Page Maker : Make your own web page easy! It is a guitar show and I've never went to anything like this. Now I'm wondering overall what to expect from it. Also I plan on bringing cash with me to possibly buy another bass. Anyone think this would be plausible or will it probably just be people who want to show their stuff off without selling?

I've never heard of a guitar show, but if it's anything like a gun show...people will be there to buy and sell, not show off...well maybe a little showing off, but I suspect that commerce is mostly the name of the game.

It's pretty much like it says, look, buy, trade.
They are lot's of fun and sometimes you can get some really good deals.
Also lots of amps and effects usually too.
Thanks for the heads up, I have heard of that show but never gone to it. I believe they've been doing the show for several years.

I go to 3 a year. Always fun with tons of gear, including strings, cords, etc. etc. to look at, play, buy and sell. Usually some free picks and hot chicks as well. I've bought and sold at shows, just gotta know general prices. The next one in my area is in May. As usual, looking forward to it.
