...and it's proper *gly.( in the "this looks sooo uncomfortable I can't imaginge anyone wanting to play this" kind of sense...apart from some teen maybe trying to show off "how different" their guitar looks)
The first two things don't bother me much.

Tineye gave 106 other instances of this photo online, but I haven't found any leads so far. Judging the by background, I'd guess it's a custom signed by some sort of netherlandic metal band.
