i just got one of these today...well, borrowed it off a mate of mine...and wow......its amazing, even only using it for a few hours today my arms feel stronger...this is not spam ....
does anyone have one or used one....i do reccomend checking them out
My drummer has one. And if I get it spinning till it really moans I am surprised at how much it resists being moved.
