Anyone watching the Haiti relief performances? The "house band" has an Acoustic Upright, electric bass AND tuba going on all at once. At least Sting used them all!
The house band was The Roots. The upright player was just a fill in for the gig. They only have the bass player and sousaphone player on a regular basis.
