I dressed as Eric Cartman once on stage... I had a big head piece on... I was all rocking out banging my head... I was sweeeeeeeeeet.

You should talk with the band and coordinate a band themed costume.

I saw a Halloween gig by a band once and the theme was super heroes. I think it was: Spider Man, Bat Man, Superman, Captain America, etc. There were a couple more. I think the band was a seven piece. But it looked cool because of the theme. Verses everyone just dressing however they felt.
