If you wanna jump/run around the stage while playing.
Guitars have more melody/riff but as a bassist the playing is generally simpler you hav to keep time/rhythm.
So I wonder which is harder |

Bassists have to memorize all the individual notes in all of those chords, and remember different ways to walk between them.
