I ordered a pedal from them two weeks ago.After clearing up some issues with my billing/shipping address I was notified that my order had shipped last Monday (six days ago).On Thursday I inquired about a tracking number and received a response stating that the U.S. Postal Service did not provide tracking info? Friday was a holiday but the mail did come today and still no pedal yet.Anyone have a similar experience with this company? |
