Has Anyone Out There Received Bass Gear Mag Issue #4 Yet?

Sign in to disble this ad
Anybody got an update? The last time I brought this up (in August) we were told to expect issues 4 and 5 by year's end.

It has been well over 6 months since I received issue 3. It's been over 3 months since we were told that issue 4 was on the way, and that issue 5 would quickly follow.

Not.

And, again, Bass Gear Mag isn't answering the phone.

Is all of this part of the enhanced subscription renewal program?

Did you post a thread about this two weeks ago which Bass Gear Mag replied to specifically and asked for your phone number so they could contact you?

Why do you keep posting the same threads over and over. If you are expecting a different result, that is one definition of insanity (doing the same thing and expecting a different result). FWIW.

Calm down Mark.

Bass Gear has all of my contact information, including my email addresses, home address, phone numbers, and even the talkbass message system.

They have not contacted me.

They have also not kept their word one step of the way so far.

They also have not seen fit to post any information regarding their delays on their website, so that subscribers can go there to be updated on what's happening. The website treats everything as though all is normal.

They also don't answer the phone.

But you're ragging on me for being persistent?!

I apologize if that persistence bothers you, however, we wouldn't be here if Bass Gear would be more proactive in keeping paying subscribers informed.

He's not ragging on you for "being persistent". He's simply questioning the need for multiple threads on the exact same subject in multiple forums. This could have been addressed in the other thread. At least that's "my interpretation" of what he was saying.

If you have an issue with Bass Gear magazine, then your job is to be persistent with them, not post multiple threads here on TB on the same topic, let alone in the wrong forum which I imagine you are posting in the Basses forum this time to get more attention.
