| | | | Like any new venture, I believe Tom and the guys are running a bit late on this. My understanding is that the first issue (both print and on-line) is just about completed, and will be available within weeks, if not sooner.
I really look forward to this magazine. The good news is, once the first issue comes out, they should be on a nice regular publication schedule. |

We did have some significant delays, which were primarily associated with getting our bench-testing not only done right, but also presented in a manner that was fair, accurate, and as readable as possible. We didn't want to overload people with specs/data, and trimming things down to the final format took a long time.
However, now that the testing procedures/methodology have been established, the following issues should all stay on schedule (every other month).
My thanks for your patience!

Just subscribed now and am looking forward to the first issue. Any hints about what is in it, or the general slant? i.e. Mainly new stuff, or a mix of new and old? Or for the first decade or so are you just going to test the equipment you already own? |

Thanks for clearing things up and I'm looking forward to it!
I've been involved in magazine publishing before so I can identify with the difficulty and hard work you guys are dealing with.

I think I could be a canidate for the protege of Tom Bowlus. I'm going into International Business as a "backup gig" . Should give me plenty of funds to have bass-related fun. Speaking of which, I'll be very interested in the China article since that's going to be my country of focus for my major...
