Get ready to get squeezed off the internet.
Time Warner is testing their tiered model of internet service which requires users to pay more to view large amounts of videos and music. In essence, they want people to stop downloading media that congests their network and uses large amounts of bandwidth. I can bet this'll keep the average internet user from playing music and videos when they fear that they'll automatically get kicked up to the next price tier for doing it.
