Anyone who listens to He Is Legend, what the hell did the singer do to his voice? Did he ruin it or just decide to change? Not saying i dont like the new stuff, but its different.

Im chalking it up to the fact that theyve been touring like crazy. I still find it kinda crazy that people all over the place listen to a band that went to my highschool and came from my hometown. Cool to see someone else on here listens to them. Whats funny is I actually work with Steve, the drummer, when theyre not touring.

yeah dude, theyre real sweet. I noticed his voice too, its real raspy and dirty sounding, im hoping hes doing it on purpose, because i absolutely loved i am hollywood and 91025, not to say that the new album is bad but the others were a little bit above. im kinda bummed i live where i live, i wanna see them live but they dont really play close enough to ct for me to go. how are the live btw?

You sure theyve never been up there? I know theyve been overseas touring before and all the way out to California. The sad thing is I still havent seen them live. Theyre taking a little break right now, having lost a guitarist and switched bass players (from what Ive heard through the grapevine). But Ive also heard theyre freaking kill live. I hope theyll be playing here again soon.

Nothing wrong with it, but it does sound darker and rougher than before. The sung vocals haven't impressed the way those on I Am Hollywood did, but I haven't heard the entire new cd yet.

Wow I didn't know other people knew about this band!

I mean, nobody on here. I don't know, the new stuff has a dirty southern rock sound to it. It's still good, but really rough...like outlaw country hardcore :-p (horrible analogy but still.)

I think I'm going to go post a thread about North Carolina Hardcore

As far as I know, yes they did. The lineup change only occurred recently, I believe.
