Our tickets went on sale last Friday and I got mine! |

I don't know, maybe it's just me.
My town never ever had any big concerts like the BS/MD/D concert coming up. We were supposed to have Nickelback play two years ago at our old arena but they cancelled because they weren't going to make enough money.
My city build a new arena last year (The Steelback Center, old one was called The Memorial Gardens.) Now that we have the new arena we've had Motley Crue play here, The Tragically Hip play here, The Barenaked Ladies soon and now Black Sabbath with Megadeth and Down.
I definitely don't mind paying $60 to see those bands. Definitely better than paying $60 for a ticket and then paying for gas and hotel money to see them outta town. |

Yes, what I'm saying is my current "concert money" is zero dollars and zero cents. It's one of those concerts I'm going to regret missing... but I prefered the Ozzy years, and I've seen Megadeth live (kinda washed up), Down would be awesome to see, but I'm not going to cry about missing them.
If I had 60 dollars to throw around, I'd be there.

While some of my friends (guys no less) spend their money on shoes and clothes, others on movies, others on video games, etc, I can always count on this one friend to be more on top of the music world than I am.. he's always scoping concerts down the line... I think I love him. |
