Help! Fast!

Hello everyone, I am playing a festival tomorrow with some big name bands *Catch 22, Big D, and The Number 12 Looks Like You* (Not sure if you know them or not, but they're big around these parts) Well tomorrow I have to sing harmonies in two songs, the problem is I sometimes start to just sing what my lead singer sings, and then the harmonies sound terrible. Any tips to keep me focused on my own part?

I just got forced into singing some harmonies and found that while I don't like how it makes things sound for the rest of what I do, good earplugs make harmonies a whole lot easier. I can hear the notes clearly resonating in my skull. What I do is turn towards the drummer (so the audience can't see) and get myself in key before my part comes up and pretty much nail it like that.
