Help!- Gary Clark tonight on Austin City Limits
 

was watching Gary Clark tonight, on Austin City Limits and I have 2 questions regarding the instruments being played...does anybody know:

1) what kind of guitar was that black sunburst that Gary Clark was playing? my son says he usually plays an epiphone casino, but i don't know....although he had his capo covering the headstock for much of the performance, the name on the headstock did not look like Epiphone

&

2) what kind of bass was the bass player playing....a Danelectro?

Pretty sure the bass was a Silvertone - which is essentially a Dano. Hard to say... there was just a glimpse of it.

Clark loves Epi Casinos. His guitarist Eric Zapata appeared to be playing an Epi doubleneck. The guitarist in the Alabama Shakes on this same show was playing an Epi Sheraton II.
