What was the band and song where they featured a sample of Police Acadamy's Tackleberry saying: "Allright Mahony, follow me!"?

I think it was a german electro band.
Very odd music. This particular song has an accordeon playing most of the time.

Anyone know the title? And the band.
I propably heard it announced several times on the radio, but I can't come up with the name anymore.

No, not Kraftwerk. I already did some google searches on the song I'm trying to find. No results.

And there is more then just one German electro band... about hundreds.
