Help me make a music video.

Hey guys, I'm considering making a music video for my new microtonal album, Songs In The Key Of X. I don't know the first thing about making a video, so I thought I'd seek out some advice here.

Here's what I've got: nothing. No camera, no fancy software, no previous experience.

Hopefully, I will stumble across a video artist who shares a similar aesthetic who can collaborate on this project - until then, it's all me. I'm open to any and all suggestions as to how to get started, what I need, etc., etc. What say you?

hmmm, i managed to make one with a zoom Q3 HD cam (if you can buy a sansamp BDI, you can buy this).

the plan was to make a live video in this yogurt place, but since it took us a lot of takes... i ended up editing the stuff with Sony Vegas, and we recorded the song using the camera's mic inside my car lol

here's what it looks like:

Paperview - Only Exception (Paramore cover) - YouTube

its not the best... kinda looks like some vacation video but well... it has music and a video and it took 3 hours (most of it was driving and looking for a place that would shield us from the rain noise)

Equipment necessary - Digital Video Camera & a Computer. And lots of time.
