Help!Tapping with your feet when counting or moving your head with music.

Sometimes my feet get tyred specialy if I want to play behind the beat and I tap strongly in order to get a more lazy feel...and my feet gets tyred and I count with my head...happens after playing for many hours and if I am relaxed.
Why happens??? Any similar experiences¨?

I'd say you're reaching the limit of your ankles endurance, and I wouldn't worry so much about HOW you keep time since you are aware of keeping it.

Your internal clock will improve until you don't need to physically do anything (except play) to keep time, and if you are playing with a group you shouldn't have to be tapping your foot to keep time.

If its really becoming an issue, play with a metronome so when you're foot "drops out", you still have a count behind you.

Do what feels natural, like Depth says soon you'll develop an internal clock to keep time. I started out nodding my head to keep rhythm then eventually went to headbanging; it's all just a natural way to keep timing. If you start to feel fatigued try out some stretching exercises.

I always do neck and back stretches in addition to when I'm stretching my fingers, hands, and arms. It keeps me good and limber for the workout of a gig, or just to dodge a random beer bottle or shoe, "G. Dubya style" ....
