Help with VIDEO editing Please

I have these 2 videos from a live show that I would like to edit some of the audio on.

I really only want to just move some of the EQ positions -- get rid of distorted bass and what not.

Can someone recommend a free program to do this on?

I am using a PC right now with Media Player cause my mac was stolen -- really blows!

anyone got tips ?
