The crimson dego is staying very busy as usual, and The Barn is getting pretty famous as well.
Herbie Hancock, John Patitucci and Steve Jordan also at The Barn
Last week we reported that Trey Anastasio had brought in Tony Levin and Jerry Marotta to work on some tracks for an upcoming release. It now appears that Ray Paczkowski added keyboards to a number of songs while Jon Fishman, Mike Gordon, and Jennifer Hartswick contributed as well. Anastasio’s web site also confirms that Herbie Hancock came to the Barn (and apparently looked rather dapper) to record a song for his own forthcoming disc along with John Patitucci (bass), Steve Jordan (drums), Cyro Baptista (percussion) and Jennifer Hartswick. Images and demos from the Anastasio sessions along with some demos reportedly will appear at his site in the near future.
