Kustom, BC Rich, Excel... among others

My excell gig bag starts to tear at the bottom... my strap button is eating its way through it... and some of the material is seperating from the binding.

I call them up wednesday, 9/28/04. I tell them the problem... wait on hold a few minutes, and they ask for my info...

I give it to them... then "OK Mike, well send you a new bag."

I hadn't even mentioned a warranty or wanting a new bag... These guys can take hints.

Today, 10/01/04... It is on my door step when I get home from school.
