high end instrument bass cable?

i was in GC the other day and noticed a high end instrument bass cable. ran about 40 bucks. anyone try any of these. can you tell a difference from a regular instrument cable?

What does it claim to do?

It claims to be wicked good and stuff.

The high end goes in the amp, and the low end goes in the bass (dependent on how low yer slingin it)

There is Monster, which is probably what you saw at GC. And even more expensive than that is Tara Labs.

I use a Monster bass cable. It's a good cable but it doesn't do what the package says. That's just marketing hype.
