Hipshot Detuner, only for bass?

Hi there!

Quick question from a friend of mine, who plays electric guitar : Are there also Hipshot Detuners availabe for the electric guitar? He plays some riffs with the Low B string, tuned down to an A some now and then, but he we like to have a Detuner (if it exists), so he can down tune faster and back to standard again.

Thanks

Banjo players have their Keith-Scruggs tuners, and some guitar players have adapted them to guitar.

Then there is the Trilogy bridge, if he wants to push things further.

It's made by Hipshot too.
3 different tunings for each string.

Yes Indeedy
Check out this application of exactly that idea:

Warning: Watch out for BIG peaks in the recording, including right at the beginning of the tune!
The audio signal apparently has no compression on it at all, and Jon has a very *ahem* dynamic style

Pretty impressive stuff, though
