Best/cheapest are in all all but the most exceptional circumstances mutually exclusive qualities.

Hipshot has replacement tuners and the bass extender, which lets you drop your e-string with a flick of the lever. You can buy them from their website. Here's the url:

A Hipshot tuner is the general name for a Hipshot Xtender which is a replacement tuner that allows you to tune anywhere from E to C with the flick of a lever.

More detail: http://www.hipshotproducts.com/xtenders.htm

They come in a variety of shapes and colors, and a GB-7 would be the replacement for a GSR200. Would cost $91 directly from Hipshot, but you can get them cheaper from www.basspartsresource.com for $74.79.

Is it worth it to you? Maybe, but it's a STEAL for me.
