You can replace the woofers with a pair from
Parts Express but how well they'll work is a crap shoot. Whether you have to drill new holes is the least of your problems. Loudspeakers are designed as a whole, with specific woofers, midranges, tweeters, crossovers, cabinets all designed to work together. There's no way to know the exact specs of the woofers you have. If you just buy
decent inexpensive woofers from Parts Express chances are they'll work OK. Ohms is the most important spec - the back of the woofers should state the ohmage of the actual drivers. And make sure you have two woofers, not one woofer and one passive radiator.
Why do you need to replace the woofers? Has the foam surround for the cones deteriorated? You know, that can be replaced, and it's easy and inexpensive. Do a google search.
