Those aren't legit bids, nobody could believe that stack is actually worth $7000. I'm guessing it's one of the following:
1) seller decided he didn't want to sell it anymore but someone already bid, so he had a friend shill the auction higher than anyone would ever pay
2) the auction is a scam of some sort and the bidders bumped up the price to keep some poor sucker from losing his money...perhaps the picture is stolen or something?
