Horrible customer service @ BassPartsResource.com

So on the 1st I ordered a Hipshot A style bridge from BassPartsResource.com also dba GuitarPartsResource.com. They sent me the wrong bridge. When I ordered it they had only one bridge listed with the part number that matched the Hipshot part number for the .750" bridge, but no exact specs were given. 2 days after I ordered it they updated their website listing both the .750" bridge as well as the .708" bridge that they sent me. They also increased the price of both bridges by $15.

So I get the bridge, and notice it's the wrong one. I email them with no response. I call them.....again with no response. Finally I filled out an RA form on their website stating plainly that I want to exchange this for the bridge with the .750" spacing. I get an email telling me to send it back with the adjacent email. So I did.

Today I find out the they refunded my money. I emailed them (which they surprisingly responded to immediately) asking them why they refunded my money. They told me that I ordered it with the old specs, and if I wanted the right one I would have to re-order & pay the additional $15 even though both bridges are the same price.

What I figured happened was that they realised that when I ordered it they had the wrong price published, and decided that one customer was not too much to loose over $15. This is hands down some of the worst experience I have ever received.

My recommendation to anyone is to shop at BestBassGear.com. They are totally stand up people, and will get you what you want. Stay away from the other place mentioned above.
