Hot Springs Jazz Festival - Astral Project and Rufus Reid

Drove up for the Hot Springs Jazz Festival events on Saturday...nice show. Highlights for me were Astral Project (James Singleton on bass and Steve Masakowski on guitar) and Rufus Reid guesting with Inside Out. Inside Out opened and closed their set with Reid compositions, both of which were outstanding.

I had seen Astral Project recently at the New Orleans Jazz Festival, and they have been excellent on both occasions. I highly recommend these guys if you haven't had the chance to see them.
