Okay, so i don't really know where to put this Thread so i just put it here, hopefully i can get some advice. I am mainly a punk bass player in the "east bay punk" style. My mom bought me this Cab for christmas, i love it a lot, but i wanna make it more personal. One of the things that i wanna do is replace the carpet with a Candle Apple Green Tolex. if anyone knows of a reason not to replace toe carpet with Tolex please let me know, otherwise, how would i go about doing that? Another thing that i wanna do is replace the aluminum cones with Paper cones, and possibly a different brand of speakers that would still have the same power handling or better then it does now. its currently rated 1000 watts @ 4-ohms I also wanna get a better horn for it. if anyone can help me in sending me in the right direction, that would be much appreciated.
