Our band has an upcoming gig at the House of Blues Foundation Room in Boston. Sure, its not the "big room" but we are excited to play on the premises and hope for a good word of mouth turn out. Has anyone ever played here? (not just Boston but other HOB foundation rooms...as I believe they are all alike?) We really have no idea what to expect. We are having a pretty tough time getting info regarding what the sound situation is going to be in regards to FOH. From pictures it looks like a very cool room, just not set up for bands though. Anyone play or have seen acts in one of these venues? Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated.
