How to change time signatures in Finale Notepad 2008

Can anybody tell me how to change the time signature using finale? thanks in advance.

Click on the Time Signature tool:

Then double-click on the measure you want the change to happen. The Time Signature dialog box will appear. That's what you need to change the document's time signature.

My version does not have that tool. Finale notepad is the free version, I'm not sure if that is the problem or not.

Hmm... just found this. I didn't know that NotePad is that limited.

I was really hopeing that I was not seeing the button for it. Oh well I guess. With that, are the features on the full finale worth the purchase?

Consider upgrading to PrintMusic! which is the step between Notepad and Finale. I use it and it works fine for what I need (mainly writing charts out for my band)
