If you've just heard "Vobiscum Satanas", then that would explain it. That album is badass!

I'm not a huge fan, but I do like them. If you haven't already, check out all the Gorgoroth albums up to "Incipit Satan" and possibly the newest one (starts with "Quantos"). Carpathian Forest might be up your alley as well.
