Not sure where to put this so mods feel free to move it.

Where could I get the part to replace the missing latch? If I have to get all new latches for the case I can

Many luggage repair shops do this kind of work.

The part is gonna cost you $5-$10 or so and the labor put in a few pop rivets. $25 max or you're getting burned. If it has to match contact the manufacturer and the latch will prob'ly cost $20. If it doesn't have to match any luggage repair place can easily do it. And they might even have the exact replacement.

or you can throw an old leather belt a round it and call it good.
