A fellow Talkbass member posted an ad in the classifieds for an amp I'm really interested in, at a fantastic price. But after posting on the thread, and sending over a PM or two, I've gotten no response. The ad was originally posted about a month ago, so I'm guessing this member doesn't check it daily anymore, unless he/she has sold it elsewhere already.

Any ideas how to get this person's attention?

If you go to the user's profile, there's an email link- if the user has it turned on.

If not, you could try calling him. Start at 1-000-000-0000 and work on up from there.

I tried the email function. Does that come back as an email to my address or a PM?

Well, I don't think there's much more you can do. If he doesn't respond, either he just doesn't connect to his talkbass accout or he just don't want to respond to you for some reason. Anyway, you already contacted him, the rest is in his hands.

You can see when he last visited TB by clicking on his user name, and then on "view public profile." His last active date/time is displayed over on the right/up top.
