How does your mood or playing change when your guitarist is using a telecaster ? Telecasters do have an impact on my approach in the style of bass I want to use , there is something special about Teles.

But then, the guitar player always used a tele, and always played it very badly, and way too damned loud.

I've been fortunate enough to work with guitarists who know how to adapt to best fit the song and the band, so when they pull out a Tele, I know its for a good reason.

I really do dig tele's though when they aren't doing the countrybluesrock thing. |
