How good was Elvis on guitarr?

Just seen the great comeback special from 68....when he takes scotty Moores guitarr and start to play lead. It looks like he is really good on guitarr. Anyone Knows?

He was a pretty good guitarist, but I've heard that when the beatles met him, he was playing a precision. I heard he also played the bassline on "you're so square(baby I don't care)."

He was a much better guitar player than actor. He's got star quality though that lights up the screen despite always playing the same character its quite amazing.
