How long were you playing before you felt comfortable headbanging live ? It actualy took me a good number of years to be able to bang and play well at the same time.

I stuck to kicking stuff around and slamming my bass around. |

1. Get a head ache
2. Lose the rythm
3. Be unable to sing into the mic
4. Look like a moron.
I prefer to wobble about like Joe Cocker in slo-mo.

Still get into the music though, which is all that matters, even if I'm not being Flea circa 1989. |

I think when you dont think of it and you go with the feeling its easier to headbang and break stuff on stage while keeping the groove too. But with age you start loosing it at some point I guess. Still not old enough I guess hehe...

"More drugs" is the answer then, I think!
