How many instrument cables do you have?

Just wanted to know how many cables everyone has not including pedal patch cables.

I've got 6:

3 Planet Waves PW-G-20s
1 Generic 20' high quality cable
2 uber cheap cables that have served me well for the last 3 years

I have 3 long ones, I think. I use two, and my keyboard player always forgets his extra cables. Plus 3 or 4 tiny ones for pedals.

I have a bag full of them. A couple of 3 footers, a few 10's, three or four 15's, a couple of 20's, and for some odd reason I have one that's 30' long. I have no idea why I thought a 30' cable might be useful, but I have one.

Boxes and bags full. When you've owned PA's and gigged in bands for years they just end up in your truck/bags/boxes after shows. Same with mic stands and adapters...

I have a whole lot of them, must be at least 40 or more. All differing lengths, a bunch of different manufacturers, angle plugs, straight plugs ... all kinds of stuff. I always find it funny when players are talking about high end cables vs low end cables, since I don't hear any difference between any of them. I guess if it was a really cheap POS there might be a difference, but in general they all sound the same to me ...

More than likely true but I just love my Planet Waves cables . I'll just never pay full price for one again

One in each gig bag, plus a spare in the cable bag, spare in both amp head bags and a ratty one for practicing at home.

I'll call it eleven.
