Without mentioning names…
Big online general sellers: MF, SW, ZZ, SDM, AMS (you know, they also sell drums and keyboards)
Specialty or direct sellers: BC, BNW, direct, etc.

Hard to vote... I don't like to order basses, so I rather buy them from a shop where I can test them out. I don't test a bass and then go buy it from an online store. I just don't. I want to support the shops around here that makes it possible for us musicians to test out the gear. Bass amps are kind of less "individuals" to me so I can order one online if I've tested it in a shop somewhere and there's a significant difference in price. I ordered my amp and cabinets (see profile) from Thomann in Germany (Europe's biggest online store) and I've been happy with it. I tested it out in Finland, but the price difference was so huge I just couldn't buy it from here. I got this full rig with two cabs for 100€ less than I would have gotten a set with the amp and only the 4x10 cab. That was kind of a special deal though, Thomann don't sell this amp anymore and the production is discontinued. I cannot really see a reason to that though, it's a great amp and the cabinets are good-sounding too.
