How to sync audio and video ?

Well, I´ve been recording myself with my web cam to check my technique. However, since it hasn´t a built in mic, I decided to record audio through my sound card.

The point is that I´ve no idea how to mix / sync audio easily. I don´t wanna become a professional with top notch soft / hardware, just need advice on a simple, reliable program to perform this task.

Suggestions ?
