I heard on the news yesterday that the had died. Then I heard on the news this morning that he is still seriously dead! I am sure Sean Penn is beside himself.

I don't have a dog in this fight, but I think that if Venezuelans are reportedly buying as much food as they can and the uncertainty about the country's next steps is palpable, then that speaks volumes about the man's stewardship and legacy.

I have many friends that are Venezuelan expats that were less than thrilled about the man's stewardship of the country. Maybe the Venezuelan people can get this beautiful country with great natural resources back on track.
