Funny awesome story.

My band had a gig the other night for local art gallery. The artist who is a big name locally also happened to be a drummer. My drummer for my band just happens to do this guys lawn maintenance. So they kind of know each other.

Now One day prior to the gig my drummer is all excited that this guy heard us and wanted to sit in on a jam at the showing! A bunch of talking goes on about it and I lose interest as I'm setting up my things for rehearsal.

Fast forward to the gig- and the Jams are incredible..This guy COOKS.. I mean LAYS-IT-DOWN!!! AMAZING.. Im jammin with him-we're groovin' and rockin' hard! We killed it. The crowd went wild!

We jammed 3 times with him during our set. His name is Steve Luongo.

Low and behold we have been invited to jam with him at a benefit that he is holding locally for the John Entwistle Foundation. Cool.

That's when I read on the flyer for the benefit. Steve Luongo- founder of the John Entwistle Foundation and Former Drummer for The John Entwistle Band!!!..........

If I had paid attention to my band mates talking about who this guy was i think I would have frozen solid on the first downbeat of our jams with him!!! OMG!!!! So cool!!!
