i can't multi task!

Hello guys. I can't multi task. i can sing. i can play the bass. but i just can't seem to do it well at the same time.is there any way to fix this problem?anyone has any experience, solutions?thanks in advance!

I can't do it either, but search the BG Technique forum and you'll get a lot of tips.
