Thumbs up I just saw Stanley Clarke...

and all i can say is WOW

I was impressed from the very beginning. His melodical lines, HUGE stage presence and charisma, and all the thing I'm too excited to name.

It was a brilliant show, just him and chilean musicians (wonderful performance too).

School days was awesome, from the very beginning to the moment it ended... Man im excited I had a great night.

I realised as well that he manipulates his effects direct form the bass, so he's messing with his knobs at every moment. So what is that thing, a preamp? effects? both?

Stanley is one of my favorite players.

His speed is unbelievable.

School Days =

His speed was incredible! Both in his upright and his Alembic. He sure knew how to make them both sound amazing!

Alembic GAS? Sure did! But i was more attracted to the chilean bassist bass, you can check it out at his website
here

EDIT: I just found out that the chilean bass player's bass is from a chilean luthier, Jose Ananias, AYS. Maybe you've heard from him before. Check them out here
