I made a typo when ordering my new bass on zzounds.

Just one little letter off, Streey instead of Street.

Two questions:

Will the employee(?) who oversees verifying my order see I made an obvious error when checking the info listed with my bank and correct it, or am I screwed?

And has anyone dealt with zzounds? They're obviously a smaller operation than music123 and MF, which may or may not be good.

My heart is pounding, that was the last ATK305 they had, music123 and MF didn't even have them listed for some reason. Even if they were sold out, they'd still be listed.

Did you make the mistake in your shipping address or as it pertains to billing? I would think this would be looked at as an honest mistake and sent through. Besides, if it were a huge deal, they would contact you about it through your contact number.

If it's an address deal, it shouldn't be a problem for the carrier to deliver it.

I selected the 'Same as Billing' option, so they're both messed up.

I think you're fine. If you meant you filled out "streey" instead of "street" in the billing info, it would've rejected the order immediately if there was any issue. And if you were filling out the shipping address fields, well, I think your delivery guy would've figured it out, anyway.

Well, they replied.

"Hello,

Thanks for your email.

Unfortunately, we were not able to fulfill your request in time to stop
shipment of your order. We take great strides to satisfy your service
needs. This includes a speedy shipment. In this case, your order was
packed early this morning. This happened before we had chance to
fulfill your request.

If you do not wish to receive the order, you are more than welcome to
refuse delivery of the package. If you do this, the carrier will return
the package to us at no expense to you. We will issue a refund once we
have received the refused shipment back into our warehouse.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us again."

That had nothing to do with anything. Anyhow, it's nearly here.

Left San Pablo CA for Delivery, I live a hop skip and jump away in Vallejo.
