I went to Philly with my dad and on the way we stopped at Sam Ash at King of Prussia, PA. I had no idea but Michael Wilton and Mike Stone were there. They were really cool guys. Really down to earth. Michael gave me, my dad and 3 other guys a little lesson (which was really cool even though I dont play guitar) It was cool because my dad used to really be into queensryche when he was younger.

It was really neat. I wish I would have had something for them to autograph though.

I've met few real rock stars in my life. It is an awesome thing, especially if they were musicians you really liked.

I met Dave Mustaine & David Ellefson of Megadeth at Peabody's in Cleveland. At the time, they were our #1 favorite metal band (right before 'Peace Sells" was releaed). They hung with us for over an hour and we partied & stuff. It was way cool.

Ron Ashton (Stooges) and Mike Davis (MC5) used to rehearse at our house when they were in "Destroy all Monsters" in Ann Arbor. They used to hang out and tell us stories. Mike Davis and I used to fight over the record player. Good times...much beer drinking.

It's great when it happens and it never lasts long enough when they are reasonably friendly.
