So, back in November, my wife tells me that she has been asked to attend a conference in L.A. in Jaunary. She tells me that it will be held at Disney Land in Anaheim and wouldn't it be cool if we take the kids out of school and you and the kids do Disney Land and we meet up after the conference?
Well, funding aside, I really didn't want to spend 4 days waiting line for rides etc... so I took a pass.
Well, she phones me from Disney Land and tells me that because her conference was based on Arts based schooling, she had been given tickets to NAMM and the show was right across the street from her hotel!!!!! Great big hairy DOH!
She did manage to walk through with our video recorder, got a few stills of some celebs she spotted, including Mike Anthony and took a pic of a band who we don't know...
I'll be posting the pic here as soon as she sends it to me... gonna hope some of you know who they are!!!
So, next time she asks me to join her, I may take it more seriously and do some investigation before I decline!
