I need a CD player suggestion.

I need a CDP to go with the speakers, amp, and receiver I already have.

You see, my dad used to use these as part of the entertainment system for main living room. Then he got a Dynakit tube amp and Cerwin-Vega speakers, and I get to have what was being used.

However, he's keeping his CDP and now I need one.

I'm looking for something really clear sounding, that plays MP3s and CD-Rs, and has a remote. I'd also like to keep it below $300 or so.

I recommend shopping at www.crutchfield.com. They tend to have good stuff.

Here's an inexpensive one with a lot of features.

Trev, I think you forgot to post the 2nd link.

Anyway... I'm considering this one and this one.

The Denon has better specs (2-20 Khz VS 5-20 Khz and 108Db signal-noise ratio VS 98Db.), but it also has a bad review. Because of the small number of reviews on both of them, it's hard to know if that was just an uncommon lemon.
