I need help to put a date on this guitar!

I have here a Kiso Suzuki western guitar, model W65D that I'm cleaning and setting up for a friend.

I've found out quite a bit of info via google etc but can't find an approximate date.

There's a guy I found in my searches that has one and bought it used in 1983 so it's definitely older than that

Any help would be appreciated, thanks
