I want to learn harmonica

Which one should I get? None of those long ones, I want to be able to keep it in my pocket.

Also, what general tips have you for me?

Hohner Diatonic in "C". Good ones found on ebay, like this

+1 for Hohner diatonic. C is a must, you can play in the key of C and D minor. Likewise, I always have one in C and one in G with me.
