If you could play bass on 2 already released albums...

Sign in to disble this ad
which would they be?

For me it would be Imaginary Day by Pat Metheny or Colors by Between the Buried and Me. Fantastic bass lines in each, and both are fantastic albums.

Thriller - for the royalties

Then probably "Alopecia" by Why? just because I freaking love that album so much, with my money from thriller it won't matter that nobody bought this album.

Tricky question. I can't really name an album I really like because they usually have bass parts I like, and I don't want my favourites to be anything else than they already are.

So I'd go with something crappy. Like a Britney Spears record or something like that and turn it into insane bass mayhem.

Oh wait! I got one! Rage against the machines first album! I'd just play it note to note but with a good and fat tone, similar to the later albums.

I would play on

Catch A Fire-The Wailers
Meddle-Pink Floyd

Both of those albums are amazing.

Man, this question is so way difficult for my head to decide upon, that I'll just have to settle with a couple albums I've loved for years.

Grand Funk Railroad - Live Album
&
Humble Pie - Smokin'
